If you happen to look up in the night sky, you might see Asteroid 2003 UV11 fly by on October 28-31, 2010.
It has just been announced that Asteroid 2003 UV11 is flying pretty close to Earth on October 29th and 30th, from a distance of about 1.9 million kilometres.

At magnitude 19, at closest approach, asteroid 2003 UV11 will be beyond the range of amateur telescopes.

The 370 - 820 metre wide asteroid 2003 UV11 will make a close pass (5.0 lunar distances, 0.0130 AU), travelling at 25.35 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 30th October, 2010 @ 04:14 UT.

The Lunar Distance (LD), the distance between Earth and the Moon, equals 384,401 km, (or 0.00256 AU).
