004 Namaste Practice
'Namas' means 'to bow'. 'Te' means 'you'. 'Namaste' can mean 'the light in me honors the light in you'. Look for 'namaste' moments every day. Honor the light in others by quietly saying or just thinking 'namaste'. Please share some of your experiences here. Alternatively, you can use 'OM Namah Shivaya' (see Keric's homework for a translation).

003 Handstand Practice
1. Every day, do at least two handstands or L-Pose against a wall. Time yourself or simply count your breaths. In every attempt, try to increase the duration of the inversions by 5 seconds or an extra breath. 2. If you do L-Pose for the timings, then please practice kicking up to the wall. Make a minimum of 5 attempts. 3. If you already kick up easily on one side, practice your 'other' side. Minimum of 5 attempts. 4. If you kick up easily on both sides, then practice jumping up with both feet, legs tucked or straight. Minimum of 5 attempts. 5. Please log the results of your practice here. You can create just one 'topic' and simply reply to your own homework to add your daily results. Please note your thoughts and feelings, in addition to simply reporting on what you did. *** One or two shoulder stretches before the handstand practice is highly recommended. ***
