Of all the cowardly things a politican running for office can do is deprive their constituants access to information. I understand the intention of what this site is SUPPOSED to be for, but with the lack of involvement from Rob, well, I can understand what caused you to make the decisions you make.
The Aug 10 issue of the Toledo Free Press has an article about the removal of the Ludeman forum. The article states: "The forum, which had been on www.robludeman.com, since its creation last fall, was taken down after it began to fill up with negative comments about several mayoral candidates — including Ludeman."
It's pretty cool to post in a forum that doesn't exist.
I can't take credit, but I did email the TFP several weeks ago after I posted my response about the Wilkowski postings. Perhaps someone there noticed ... they actually counted the words in my posting, not just quoting some of it.
I liked the article's intimation that Ludeman didn't pick up on what an Internet forum is. Firstly, it can't be that effin' difficult to understand in 2005. Secondly, he expects me to believe that all this time, people have been posting on his forum and somehow he never heard about it through any avenue whatsoever?
I also like how the article specified that, well, Carty's heard about Ludeman's forum, and he's not angry. Whew! Boy, I can tell you, I can sleep my nights better knowing that we avoided getting Carty angry.
