How to get tickets:
1) Buy The Great Leap 2005 cd which is exactly the same not new release from music store, ticket is included on the cover
2) Buy Sony Ericsson handphone from Singtel Hello! stores
3) Log onto http://www.ideas.singtel.com to dl David related mvs, wallpapers, assuming u must be subscriber first
4) Listen to Yes933 who will be giving away tickets


10 lucky winners get to meet David face to face, and looks like it will be a mini concert & I will say bring along yr Great Leap cd as it could end with autograph session like in the Malaysia promos.

you are welcome zhaodi, i only heard today yes933 dj mention that david will arrive singapore at april 28, and david will have a large event with yes933 at singapore expo but never say the event is on which date. Yes933 will be giving out the tickets, they never mention with much details guess you need to stay tune to yes933 with more info about his promotion in singapore and yes933 dj keep mention that david will be coming to singapore soon. i think they will reveal much info when times goes by.

I noticed that in order to get tickets for the event, you need to buy The Great Leap with tickets inserted in the cover. Gosh, does that mean if you had already earlier purchased the album, then you have to buy another copy just to get the tickets? It's unfair to the people who bought the CD earlier isn't it?

yeah i thought so too... that means would have two exact copies of the same album... looks like the record company trying to boost sales... i wanna go for the concert but i'm a little bit reluctant to buy the same album again...

if you end up buying a second copy of TGL just for the tickets, then make sure you get David to sign both copies! hehe

 YEah!! so UNFAIR!!! Firstly we gotta buy one more album?? SEcondly the price is CHEAPER compare to the price wen we Preorder.. y this thing kept happenin.. NOt fAir to us being his fans.. purchasin his Album ASAp wen it release but this is wat we gt in return.. hiaz


  Feel like goin but dis stupid things mk mi feel kinda unfair n quite reluctant to buy e same album.. Unless if theres mtv vcd attached on it den its worth it man.. hiaz..

HEY guys, read zhaodi latest post? please do wait till 20th april before deciding to buy the cd, if a dvd version comes out with the MVs then i guess it'll be more worth it. so just wait la.. dont be dumb like me.. feel like a damn idiot! man! urrrrggghhhh!!! irritates me like hell!

So sry for u missred but its not really confirmed abt the DVD release, only seen it on the ilovemusic website. I search emi & yeaasia but no news of Great Leap dvd so not sure where that sg website got the info from but seemed vry sure of the release even to the date of April 20. I just wish davidtao.com can be more helpful abt his activities & release

Hey, people, just dropping by to say hello. Anyway, read what you guys were discussing about. I bought TGL 2005 in Jan and during the last DT Malaysian Tour, I got myself another album not to get the admission ticket, in fact, I gave it away to an unknown Hotlink crew member. Well, I'm enjoying the cds I bought and feel that I'd done something right as I shared one of the albums with my friends. I borrowed them the cd, they listened to it and fell in love with the songs. So far, I managed to gain 2 more DT fans around me. Well, my point is, there's no harm spending more on good music. Just look at it this way. One of your DT album is spoilt and you have another extra. Isn't it good? I'm only a student and I still manage to get another copy. What about those who are working? Anyway, just stressing my point. Still, there's no harm waiting for the DVD version. I'll certainly get it when its out.

I totally agree with you dav10_714! Glad that you are spreading David's good music around. I also bought a copy of TGL in Jan and bought a second copy in Singapore as the Malaysian copy does not carry the full promo CD.  I gave my second copy to my brother who's now a coverted David fan. hehe.


I'm suprised that Yesaia.com didn't have any info on the TGL DVD but will definitely get it as well.

Oh okok thanks alot because i was afraid the album i bought was some early version which was released... Hey do those people who are going meet up or what? Because i know of no one around me who is going for the showcase. Pls someone guide me i feel lost...
