Cage to star in cop thriller
Nicolas Cage has signed on to star in the Joe Ruben-directed ("Sleeping With the Enemy") cop thriller "Crazy Dog," Variety reports. The story centres on a New York City cop who is consumed with guilt after his cowardice results in his friend's death, which leads him on a self-destructive pattern, but eventually seeks redemption. Cage is currently shooting the thriller "Next" with Julianne Moore and Jessica Biel.
