Sea launch is proceeding toward the launch of the Thuraya-3 satellite on Wednesday, November 21, with liftoff at 15:25 GMT (7:25 am PST ).

The launch time of the Zenit 3SL rocket will carry the Thuraya 3 communications satellite is still on schedule for liftoff at 15:37 GMT, 18th November, 2007.
