Don't celebrate either, but a merry christmas and a glorious new year to all members of this site, guests and British tennis players and coaches.

Well Drew, you have your health, your kids (wait....can't keep up....you do have kids right) and your wife loves you....all in all I'd settle for that.....as for the house....been there done that.....settled for less than we thought we'd get, but nine months later I smile and it was worth it....a real roller coaster....but as I said above, my health, kids & wife are so much more important than the "things" of this world.

We are having a mild winter, not much snow at all.....ski resorts are open, but waiting for that big storm in this part of the State.  We have had really mild days which mean icy nights when it freezes.  I did take the kids ice skating today though which is really nice.  I am told some people pay to skate, one of the neat things about being here is that you only pay if you want smooth ice, if not, they flood a couple of fields and a tennis court each night, then the next day it is smooth....in the evening they put the lights on and the skating continues.  It really is a blast, even if I have seen better ice.
