Effective immediately, there will be no more references made to the sites "Tulip Tools" and "The Car Wash Live".  There are to be no links posted to those sites, no screenshots, and no copy/pastes.  Those sites have nothing to do with PayPal, eBay, Google Checkout, or any other payment service and/or its employees, or the objective here at CAPP.

This will remain in effect until further notice.  Violating this will result in the immediate removal of your account.

Well what about free speech Admin??  Free speech is and always will be welcomed here.  However, you would not go to a dog forum to talk about cars and therefore, you would not come to an anti-paypal site to talk about the issues regarding TCWL and TT.

Those of you (new peeps) who still have your accounts are asked to clean your act up.  Any fueds regarding TT and TCWL need to be taken back there.
