ebay is currently wrongfully charging sellers for picture pack service which its users never ordered. They admit it is a bug, nonetheless they are not correcting it. The only way you will receive credit is to report each and every erroneous listing to ebay, then wait to be credited.(which will convieniently be AFTER the Q2 is over.)

Please carefully examine your ebay invoices.

If you have fallen victim to this new wave of ebay creative bookkeeping, please file here:

Please post your links to other law firms willing to look into this and similar issues.

(A serious post from me )

There's another thing that they incorrectly charge you for. If you use Turbolister and import unsold items back so that you can amend them and relist them, it automatically checks the "Listing Designer" box ( top right of the main listing screen ). You then get charged 10c for each item you relist, unless you go back in and turn it off. It was also keep it checked for all subsequent items, whether new or old, unless you remember to turn it off.

I had been importing and relisting items for over 6 months before realising this and was charged in excess of $80 for an enhancement I have never used ( I use my own HTML for my listings ). I was able to get that money back after several calls and emails to my PS rep, but they still haven't fixed it in TL. I wonder how many hundreds of thousands of $$$'s they are making from people being unaware of this.

LOL - nope.

I was merely pointing out a serious flaw for those people who use Turbolister to relist their items. I'm sure it is costing people hundreds of dollars if they do not realise this problem

Well tardboy I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt. If you're not nuero-chemically imbalanced then I suppose you are just some sort of personality defective , sad sack of a lying, shill-bidding, idiot who gains inappropriate gratification by posting your filth, venom and lies all over the internet in defense of corporate criminals.

How does it feel to know even your sainted benefactor has kicked you to the curb, loser?
