RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Customer Care Dispatch
Take calls from the customer for various technical issues
Record the calls in the system
To track, if customer's problem has been attended by field engineers
To escalate if the customer is not attended in the stipulated time frame
Customer Order Services
Process customer / dealer orders in SAP;
Co-ordinate with the internal stakeholders and the end customers for order fulfillment;
Track and manage credit checks;
Reporting of order status and other related matters;
Service Contract Administration
Administer and manage service contracts from the end customers
Initiate billing procedure as per the service contract
Provide support in renewal process
